Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum graduate from any reputed University with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd Class/ Division/ CGPA is allowed.
• Minimum 4 years permanent employment in retail (preferably payroll banking business) or corporate sales division of reputed bank.
Additional Requirements
• Age at least 28 years.
• Target and Goal oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactive.
• Must have Client centric attitude.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Professional working Proficiency in English language and Native Proficiency in Bangla.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft software like word, excel and PowerPoint.
