Educational & Experience Requirements
• Four (4) years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on banking experience in any bank or financial institution.
• At least two years of experience as Branch Operations Manager will have an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
• A clear understanding of core risk guidelines of the central bank.
• Good knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, and negotiable instrument act.
• Proactive and driven to achieve set targets and service standards.
• Ability to lead a dynamic team and keen to develop others.
• Master in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to exceed assigned target.
