Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• No 3rd class in the whole academic record.
• No experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
• Achieving monthly or periodic sales targets.
• Prepare regular visit plans and identify prospective customers from the target market.
• Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
• Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
• Maintain periodic sales status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made.
Additional Requirements
• Age: 25 to 30 years.
• Strong quality to work in a team.
• Candidates should have computer literacy.
• Candidates should have sound verbal & written communication skills.
• Must have a customer-focused attitude.
• Should be dedicated, career-focused, and capable of working under pressure & self-dependent.
• Must be hard working with a fervent attitude.
