Educational & Experience Requirements
• Graduation/ Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
• At least 1 year experience as a Call Center executive.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
• Age: 21 to 30 years.
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft word & Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure & shifting duty.
• Ability to speak multiple languages, especially Bengali & English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle different types of Banking software.
Salary & Allowances
• Minimum Salary: Tk. 22000 (Monthly).
• Compensation & Other Benefits: As per Bank’s Rules.
