Educational & Experience Requirements
• Graduation from UGC approved Universities.
• Minimum 2nd class in any academic result.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in micro credit activities.
Additional Requirements
• Age should not be more than 40 years on 01.10.2024.
• Good and sound trac record in the microcredit profession.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Target oriented having ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
• People with banking experience in the relevant field are highly preferred and encouraged to apply for the respective positions.
