Educational & Experience Requirements
• Four (4) years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• At least 01-year experience in SME Banking / Branch Banking / Product & Process Development / Digital Transformation Projects / any other suitable tasks related to related functionalities will be an added advantage.
Additional Requirements
• Problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or SQL) is preferred
• Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring.
Salary & Allowances
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable.
• All other allowances, and benefits as per the bank’s policy.
