Job Responsibilities
• Channel development through on-boarding of new agents, agent replacement, outlet close and agent termination.
• Ensuring proper documentation of new, replaced, and closed agent outlets of the assigned area.
• Lead, guide and monitor all the channels of the assigned upazila.
• Regularly visit agent outlets (at least twice in a week) and monitor the activities of agent outlets of the assigned upazila.
• Ensure Deposit mobilization, new A/c initialization with proper documents and customer monitoring.
• Segment wise (Retail, CMSE and Agri) loan customer visit, documents collection, loan file processing, disbursement and follow up of loan customer.
• Support the agent and CSO to prepare client databases and manage the same for marketing and development.
• Visit agents and client’s business premises/corporate office/project sites at regular intervals to ensure new business as well as recovery of the loan.
• Explore new business and partners (e.g. government safety net activities etc.) of the assigned area and ensure implementation of the same.
• Manage queries of Operations, CRM and CAD in a timely manner.
Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduate/ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• No third class/ division or equivalent CGPA not below 2.50 on a scale of 4.00. SSC & HSC CGPA at least 3.00 out of 5.00 or equivalent.
• No experience is required.
Additional Requirements
• Age 21 to 30 years.
• Dedicated, self-motivated and career focused.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent ability in speaking and writing both Bangla and English.
• Proficiency in computer literacy and sound analytical ability.
• Age not over 30 years as on 31st January 2024.
Salary & Allowances
• The position offers a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 30,000.00 during the contractual period.
• Based on satisfactory performance, if service is confirmed, then the candidate will be absorbed as “Business Officer (BO)” with a monthly salary of BDT 40,000.00.
• If service is confirmed, then the candidates will be entitled for the following benefits:
– Life and Health Insurance Coverage at Bank’s cost.
– Performance Bonus based on annual appraisal.
