Educational & Experience Requirements
• Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/ Class.
• Minimum 02 years’ experience in SME/ Emerging Corporate business in reputed Banks/ FIs.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 45 years.
• Strong knowledge in banking/ financial services, SME products and compliances.
• Knowledge on regulatory framework, Credit Appraisal, ICRRS and Prudential Guidelines on SME Businesses.
• Well rounded knowledge of the Bank’s operations and processes and excellent knowledge of credit policies and procedures.
• Experience of working in a centralized environment and real time on-line banking will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, public relationship, team building and people management skills.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Sufficient knowledge to operate Microsoft Office Applications.
