Educational & Experience Requirements
• Graduation from any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited university.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum one (1) year relevant sales experience as Full-time Employee in a financial institution.
Additional Requirements
• Must have selling experience of loan products in SME markets.
• Must have motorcycle riding skills with valid driving license.
• Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others.
• Flexible in working anywhere in the country.
• Have a very good idea about local business dynamics.
• Excellent Leadership & interpersonal skill.
