Educational & Experience Requirements
• Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum 02 (Two) years of experience in a similar field or diverse experience across retail underwriting and retail lending product management is preferred.
Additional Requirements
• Expertise in knowledge of banking fundamentals, products and processes, compliance, and fraud prevention.
• Strong analytical skills for analyzing Retail Loan proposals as per bank’s policy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command over exceeding stakeholders’ expectations.
• Strong and demonstrated knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
Salary & Allowances
