Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in banking sector.
Additional Requirements
• Excellent computer literacy and conceptual understanding on banking/ financial software.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficiency in writing & speaking of English language.
• Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
• Analytical and decision-making skill.
• Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable to motivate others.
