Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
• No 3rd division is allowed.
• Minimum 8-10 years of similar experience in a Bank preferably in Cards Operations.
Additional Requirements
• Clear concepts about Cards, Payment systems & schemes, Core systems, Local Regulations are a must.
• Analytical, leadership & decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skill and strong communications skills.
• Excellent knowledge about Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Be self-propelled, customer-centric, a team player, and capable to motivate others.
