Educational & Experience Requirements
• Masters/ Bachelor degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration or any other subject in Commerce group from any reputed university is required.
• Qualification from any professional accounting body (CA, CMA or any other internationally recognized degree) would be an added advantage.
• At least 7 years.
Additional Requirements
• Age at least 28 years.
• Experience in a finance leadership role will add value.
• Strong business acumen and ability to demonstrate experience in analyzing complex concepts and articulating meaningful information in an impactful way.
• Strong analytical skill to understand, analyze and interpret key financial and non-financial metrics and ability to relate performance with overall strategic objectives.
• Ability to summarize scattered and complex databases to meaningful information to assist developing and implementing strategic goals.
• Strong knowledge on IFRS & Bangladesh Bank Regulations for preparation of financials would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other database management software.
• Strong business partnering, interpersonal and stakeholder management, with demonstrable experience of negotiating and influencing across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proven ability to be proactive and work independently or part of a team.
• Proven accomplishments as a change agent with strong execution capability and focus on control and process improvement.
