Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Masters in Business/Economics/Banking/English or relevant subjects from reputed University.
• B.Sc Engineering in Computer Science/ EEE/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Architecture.
• No third division in academic records.

Additional Requirements
• Fresh Graduates can also apply.
• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent presentation & communication skills.
• Should have basic computer skills like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Should have ability to prioritize tasks and manage accordingly.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.
• Shift Duty (Contact Center remains operational for 24/7. Therefore shift duty may be at any time including night as per schedule).
