Educational & Experience Requirements
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed University.
• No third division/ class in academic records.
• The candidate must have at least 2 years audit experience in reputed banks or financial institutions.
Additional Requirements
• Age at most 35 years.
• Sound knowledge in general banking, credit, foreign exchange, AML etc.
• Well conversant with Bank Companies Act, Bangladesh Bank Circulars & Guidelines, market risks, financial instruments, IIA Standards, Risk management etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical ability & leadership quality.
• Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
Salary & Allowances

ICB Islamic Bank PLC is a second generation commercial Islamic Shariah based Bank in Bangladesh. ICB Islamic Bank PLC was incorporated on 30 April, 1987. The Bank has been authorized by the Bangladesh Bank to carry on the banking business in Bangladesh with effect from May 4, 1987 and started operations on 20 May, 1987 in the name of Al-Baraka Bank as a public limited company under the Bank Companies Act, 1913.
