Educational & Experience Requirements
• Bachelor/ Honors from any reputed institution.
• 3 to 6 years experience in Banks/ Leasing/ NBFIs.

Additional Requirements
• Age at least 24 years.
• Mindset to work anywhere in the country.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
• Excellent written and oral communication skill (both English & Bangla).
• Capable to work as a team player.
• Manage NPL of auto loan within the budgetary threshold.

Salary & Allowances
• Negotiable
