Educational & Experience Requirements
• MBM/ MBA/ Post-Graduation in any discipline from recognized Public/ Private/ Foreign University.
• At least 02 (two) 1st Class/ Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 3.0) with no 3rd Class/ Division or its equivalent CGPA (i.e. CGPA 2.25 out of 4.0 and CGPA 2.0 out of 5.0) in entire academic records.
• No experience is required.
Additional Requirements
• Age: Not exceeding 32 (thirty-two) years as on the last date of application.
• Only published academic results are acceptable.
• Finally selected candidates must Sign an Indemnity Bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
• Any Incomplete Application or Discrepancy between online resume and original documents will be considered as a disqualification of the candidature.
• Any sort of influencing during the selection process will disqualify the candidate.
• O-Level and A-Level students should input equivalent CGPA authorized by the Education Board.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
• Adequate Computer Literacy to work in online software modules & MS Office Package.
Salary & Allowances
• Trainee Assistant Officer (General): The selected candidate shall be on probation for a period of 1 (one) year with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 28,000/-.
• After successful completion of probationary period he/she will be absorbed as “Assistant Officer” in the bank with a monthly consolidated salary of TK. 39,000/-.
