Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
• No 3rd class in the whole academic record.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in Banking.
Additional Requirements
• Age: 27 years and above.
• In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
