Educational & Experience Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Islamic Studies/ Arabic, Business Discipline/ Marketing/ any other disciplines.
• 3rd Class/ Division or CGPA below 2.50 in any examination will not be allowed.
• No Experience is needed for Trainee Sales Officer (TSO).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field will get preference for higher grade.
Additional Requirements
• Age at least 25 years.
• Willingness develop career in direct Islami Banking Product sales Ability/ willingness to Direct Sales of Islami Banking Products (All sorts of Islami Banking Products for Direct Sales).
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
• Knowledge of Islami Sariah, Jurisprudence Islami Asset & Liability Products.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level.
• Capable to work under pressure.
• Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
• Amicable personality & Positive attitude.
• Capable to work as a team player.
• Direct Sales, Corporate Sales, Tele Marketing & Call Center.
• Direct Selling through at Customer Points of Retail Liability/ Asset Marketing Debit & Credit Card & Investment.
Salary & Allowances
• Salary: Tk. 18000 – 24000 (Monthly).
• Attractive Commission.
• Compensation & Other Benefits: As per Bank’s Rules.
